Hi, I’m Billie, a Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapist and Trauma Facilitator specializing in anxiety relief and stress management. My work is gentle, grounded, and designed to help you feel safe, supported, and more regulated in your daily life, helping you build confidence and begin to move past fears.

I’ve trained in several CPD-accredited hypnotherapy techniques for trauma release, including:

- The Spinning Technique
- Anchoring & Safety Protocols
- Gentle subconscious techniques to reduce emotional intensity
- Somatic grounding & nervous system calming
These techniques help the mind and body process past experiences in a safe and steady way, promoting effective stress management.

My approach doesn’t replace counselling or talk therapy. It simply offers a different pathway for people seeking anxiety relief through subconscious and body-based healing. Some of my clients come alongside counselling, while others prefer a quieter, internal process focused on confidence building. However your journey looks, my intention is to create a space where you can breathe, soften, and feel supported without pressure or overwhelm. I meet you exactly where you are, and together we work gently with hypnotherapy techniques and the nervous system to help you feel safer within yourself.
